CORE / 01

Spot supply addresses a defined requirement and window without assuming future availability. Recurring supply sets a repeated volume and cadence under agreed terms. Standing supply establishes an ongoing operating relationship with schedules, forecasts, and review points. Reserved standby capacity compensates the supplier for maintaining readiness or priority against a defined contingency, whether or not the buyer consumes the full reserved volume.

CORE / 02

Each structure allocates forecast, scheduling, take, reservation, infrastructure, testing, delivery, change, interruption, and force-majeure risk differently. A data-center redundancy program cannot be priced or governed like an occasional bulk pickup, and an emergency arrangement negotiated only when the emergency begins is not reserve capacity.

CORE / 03

Commercial terms become valid only in an executed agreement identifying the responsible entities, source-water scope, specification process, delivery point, measurement, fees, term, review, and responsibilities. A proposal, website, deck, conversation, or data-room access does not reserve volume or create a supply commitment.
